The following factors contributed to the necessity of implementing a new information product for payroll processing, in order to have a complex system to serve a complex structure

  • Management of over 2000 employees from multiple locations
  • The impossibility of personal data and afferent payroll elements import (long time for data input)
  • Lack of a centralized payroll system
  • The impossibility to manage the payroll related expenses on different structures (management accounts, cost centers, categories and personnel groups)
  • The impossibility to perform a centralized management and reporting of tax statements and bank files, generate accounting notes, as well as the electronic register of employees and statistical lists
