Copisa Group outsources the payroll and personnel administration practice to Romanian Software
Spanish Group Copisa, with 50 years of experience in constructions field, operates in over 10 countries in Europe, Africa and South America, having a wide expertise in civil and industrial works, concessions, rehabilitation and maintenance.
Romanian branch of the Copisa Constructora Pirenaica Barcelona is involved in large construction projects, having sites across the country. Due to this organizational structure, the company requires gathering the information regarding working time, in order to have an up to date record of the hours worked within a project and the personnel data available within the system in order to prepare and sign the documents and to submit them to the Labour Inspectorate portal.
In order to overcome Copisa need to keep their focus on core activities, Romanian Software took over the payroll and personnel administration practice, in the same time offering the company the Human Resources Planning platform, helping to an efficient organization of the activity within the human resources department, allowing the employees’ access to the time management application in order to submit data regarding working time, vacation and other types of leaves, also allows management access at the electronic files of the employees, the access to the stored data, in order to issue any kind of report based on the personnel or payroll data, or any other preconfigured document.
