A client support service was integrated into the “Sal – Your Payroll Expert”
Romanian Software integrated within the „Sal – Your Payroll Expert” application a support service that allows the contact of the online consultants, sending messages to the consultants that are not available, sending via email the script of the telephonic conversation with the operator and to use a secure access component of the client computer in order to assure remote support.
The integrated support service improved significantly the support services quality as follows:
- Clients’ problems are better understood
- The reported issues are resolved in a shorter period of time, by remote access on the client’s computer
- Better consultancy for the use of the application offered through remote access on the client’s computer
